Papa John’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running a profitable, well-operated restaurant. You will help control costs, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering team performance and development.

The role requires at least 1 year in a QSR setting, familiarity with POS systems, and strong leadership and communication skills. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
