Job summary

Forest Park, OH area is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar. You will lead shifts, train team members, and ensure guests enjoy a consistent, high-quality dining experience. The role emphasizes integrity, discretion, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 per year with a quarterly bonus plan, plus benefits. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgement.
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to solve problems on the go.
• Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests.
