Hungry Howie’s in Alabama is seeking an Assistant Manager to help hire and train team members, and to ensure adherence to company policies while resolving customer issues. You will lead the team, organize schedules, and support the store manager in daily operations.

The role emphasizes a passion for customer service, mentoring staff, and a clear path toward General Manager through internal advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop new employees.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and direction to all staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Lead staff scheduling and store operations under the store manager.
• Maintain product quality and availability.
• Prepare and present employee reviews.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Maintain safety and security compliance.
• Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
• Keep stores stocked and clean.

Job description

We are searching for a new Assistant Manager to join our team who is interested in helping to hire and train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule.To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Assistant Manager. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
