A premier tanning and wellness center in Destin, Florida, is seeking a supervisor to manage store staff and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and be capable of creating a positive environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, analyzing daily sales, and maintaining store operations. The position offers a starting pay of $16 plus commission, with immediate openings available.

Responsibilities

This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
