Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will assist in developing Crew and Shift Leaders and help meet profitability targets while adhering to safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO and life/disability coverage. Candidates must be U.S. authorized and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe and sanitary/environment following laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Assist with action plans for production, productivity, quality and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and store assessments and implement improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and security.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory, and writing crew schedules and monitoring labor.
• Support new product roll-outs including team training and marketing.
• Drive sales goals and track results.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain agreed upon staffing levels for the projected sales of the restaurant
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure all training is completed per company guidelines
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilities
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis
• Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor performance daily
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Drive sales goals and track results

REQUIREMENTS :

• Basic computer skills
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English
