Accountability:Assists in managing all aspects of the retail operation. Responsible for supporting daily operational management, merchandising, administrative functions, human resources functions, and overall professionalism of the retails operation.Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Retail & Sales ManagementAble to stand in for the Store Manager in any area as necessary and assigned.Understands and can work in any store function – sales, donation, textiles, and wares.Promotes exceptional internal and external customer service through effective communication.Helps manage overall flow and inventory of donated goods, new goods, and seasonal goods.Merchandises store effectively through signage, displays, timely features and end caps, and an overall appealing sales floor.Conducts inventory according to organizational guidelines.Financial ResultsSupports goals for financial results including sales growth and increased average sales.People ManagementHelps to establish and maintain an effective and respectful team in order to effectively achieve results.Trains and provides day-to-day instruction to retail associates. Creates a positive working environment. Provides performance feedback to Store Manager.Responsive and respectful towards others within the organization.
