Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of food safety. You must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and compliant practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and uphold food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities
