Job summary

Takeda is seeking a capable Center Operations role in the USA - TN - Cordova. You will oversee production staff, support the Center Manager, and help achieve center production and cost goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, plus some college or degree, with at least one year in a regulated industry, CPR/AED certification, and willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• The ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasionally travel.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Requires the ability to be mobile for an entire work shift.
• Requires occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting to 50 lbs.
• Have fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• There will be potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff
• Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance including initiating disciplinary action
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to quality, to the safety of products, donors, and employees and to the proper performance of daily activities
• Participate in the correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service

What you bring to Takeda

• The ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasionally travel
• A valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
• Requires the ability to be mobile for an entire work shift
• Requires occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting to 50 lbs.

BioLife Compensation and Benefits Summary

For Location: USA - TN - Cordova

U.S. Base Salary Range: $60,800.00 - $83,600.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
