Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager for Store 489 at Columbus Park Crossing, Columbus, GA.

This full-time role leads the store in the absence of the General Manager and supports financial goals while providing coaching to the associate team to ensure a smooth patient and customer journey. The position emphasizes floor leadership, accountability, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, with a pay range of $15.22–$20.17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability and achievement of sales goals by holding self and team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Role model and engage in all steps of Patient/Customer journey, as well as supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and salesfloor.
• Support GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments, eyewear services, and ensuring all patient needs are met.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform in their roles with excellence for a flawless patient experience.
• Use sound judgment to remove obstacles and find resolution in the patient experience in partnership with General Manager.
• Execute all broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals.

Pay: $15.22- $20.17 per hour

The Role:

A VisionworksRetailSupervisor/Assistant Manageris a leader of self and supporter of the business at Visionworks. This person role models the Visionworks way and supervises the store in the absence of the General Manager. The OSUP will also support the General Manager in achieving store financial goals bydemonstratingfloor leadership, accountability, and providingassociateteam with coaching and development to ensure a simple,humanand bold patient and customer journey.
