Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Columbia, MO seeks an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, coach crew members, and uphold service standards while driving sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
