Job summary

Kwik Trip is seeking an Assistant Manager at Kwik Trip 234 location to lead daily operations and supervise 20-60 team members. The role requires willingness to work in the kitchen, strong food safety practices, and a hands-on leadership approach.

You will handle hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and P&L responsibilities while maintaining a clean, inviting store. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and profit-sharing opportunities.

Location: Kwik Trip 234

Shift: Variable

Leadership Experience: 1-3 years

Pay Range: $50,000.00to$73,951.80

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre‑tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8‑12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Schedule

Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
