Formación

• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate daily operations.

• Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies.
• Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
• Hire all employees.
• Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Weekly financial reporting to the Smoothie King corporate office.
• Weekly employee schedules.
• Order food and supplies.
• Wear an 'owner's hat' when running the store.
