Job summary

AES Restaurants in Brookville, Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing service quality, managing operations, and achieving financial and service goals.

The ideal candidate should be a leader with excellent coaching abilities, and P&L management experience, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
