• Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Job Summary

You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. You will also collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.

Who You Are

Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope. Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams. Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments. Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills. Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Hourly Range

$21.50 - $27.00
