Job summary

Pizza Hut Boiling Springs, SC is seeking an experienced restaurant assistant manager or shift manager who can lead a winning team with energy and a smile.

You will mentor staff, train new teammates, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing daily operations, scheduling, and a flexible workweek including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Able to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Committed to excellent pizza service with a friendly smile.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days and weekends.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Interest in training and growth within Pizza Hut.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a Pizza Hut team to deliver great customer service.
• Assist in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and high food quality.
• Drive to make deposits and perform occasional transportation duties when needed.
