Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to energize the team and deliver friendly guest service. You’ll lead shifts, coach crew members, and partner with the GM to hit daily goals while maintaining high energy and southern hospitality.

Train others, uphold standards, and foster a supportive, fun work culture. Starting pay is up to $880 per week based on experience, with paid training, monthly bonus potential, and growth opportunities through
