Gills Point S Tire in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, develop teammates, and deliver exceptional customer service at our tire and automotive service center. You'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, coach staff, and maintain high standards of safety and performance while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory management, team development, and overall operational performance.
