Position Overview

Assistant Manager – Jason’s Deli (family‑owned, established 1976). This role includes managing and running shifts, coaching and training employees, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation focused on people, sales, and profit. Pay: $48,000 to $55,000 per year.

Essential Functions

• Stand for extensive periods of time, bend, reach, twist, and climb ladders.
• Perform a variety of tasks at a rapid pace for extensive periods of time.
• Work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Understand and follow directions.
• Lift very heavy objects with or without assistance.
