Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced Jersey Mike's location. You will oversee a small team, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency while driving daily tasks and safety standards.

The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, at least 1 year in quick-service, and a valid Serve Safe Food Handler certification. Reliable transportation is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

An Assistant General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Full understanding of the term’s accountability and integrity
