Job summary

Applebee's is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, control costs, and deliver great guest experiences. You'll work under the Restaurant Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and drive sales.

The role requires at least 1 year in casual dining, a high school diploma, POS proficiency, and state-certified alcohol/food credentials; strong leadership and communication are essential.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.
