Responsibilities:

• This position includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and assist in developing employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales data to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.
• Control expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:
