Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service, builds positive guest relations, and ensures product quality per standards.
• Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health/safety codes, and company safety policies are followed.
• Assists in Profit & Loss management by cash controls, inventory, labor management, and reviewing financial reports.
• Assists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Conducts performance appraisals, delivers disciplinary action, and motivates/train staff.
• Ensures equipment, facility, and grounds meet standards via preventive maintenance program.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Oversees execution of corporate and local marketing plans in the unit.
• Has authority to hire/fire (or participate in decisions) as per policy.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts.
