Dormont Manufacturing Co in Mesquite, Texas is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our maintenance team. This role involves completing work orders and preventative maintenance, ensuring a safe and well-maintained community.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, EPA certification, and the ability to handle a physical workload. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and help maintain the community's operational standards.
The Assistant Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance team by assisting with repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of the property. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained community while responding promptly to work orders and maintenance needs.

Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. If so, we have an excellent property management career opportunity for you as a Maintenance Technician. This role will require rotating on-call availability and EPA Certification (preferred). Our Maintenance Technicians provide support to the Service Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. MUST have previous experience.
Candidates must be positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, have excellent service skills, and be able to manage and organize multiple projects.
