AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role supports machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid out over milestones, 12-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits. Related requirements include attention to detail, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to work in a hot environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform in a hot environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
