Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup and operation.
  • Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow product layout and production specifications, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues or irregularities during production.
  • Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota.
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  2. Run material through the assigned machine following company and customer specifications, ensuring correct materials are used for each order to meet customer specifications.
  3. Ensure all inventory entries are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
