Job summary

AgHires is seeking an Assistant Location Manager for our Frankfort, KS Shuttle facility. You will support the Location Manager to oversee grain movement, quality, and daily operations at the grain elevator and load-out.

You will operate and maintain machinery, coordinate trains and trucks, and build strong relationships with local customers, while leading a hands-on team in a safe, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising grain facility operations.
• Ability to oversee equipment maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Location Manager in leading the grain facility operations.
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment of the grain elevator and load-out.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trains and trucks with customers in the area.
• Work hands-on with the team to run the facility.

• Assist the Location Manager in leading the operations of the grain facility by ensuring efficient grain movement and quality
• Use your mechanical skills to operate and maintain all machinery and equipment of the grain elevator and load-out
• Help coordinate the loading and unloading of trains and trucks while building key relationships with customers in the area
• Work alongside your team as you carry out the hands‑on operations of the facility
