Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Local Manager to help lead frontline teams during the busy season. You will support daily photo operations, motivate seasonal staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on training, and strong service standards, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to return for future seasons. Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes; guest experience focus.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
