Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Learning Center Coordinator in Troy, Ohio to lead center operations and support students and families. You will interact with parents, schedule sessions, and assist with enrollment, while delivering a supportive learning environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, customer relations or sales background, and a passion for math education. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliable center management. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations in the center, including opening and closing.
• Interact with parents and students.
• Schedule sessions for parents.
• Help with sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
• Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans.
• Ensure the center is clean and orderly.
