DTFT Pigeon Forge, LLC, owner of Guy Fieri's Downtown Flavortown Pigeon Forge, seeks an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead our bustling kitchen in Pigeon Forge, TN. You will drive daily culinary operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality, safe, and consistent guest experiences.

You will supervise cooks, assistants, and dishwashers, uphold HACCP, and manage ordering, production, and inventory with hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• 1 year or more supervising kitchen teams; strong leadership and mentoring.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day culinary operations and manage ordering, production, and inventory.
• Coach and grow culinary team to reach full potential.
• Ensure HACCP principles are followed and food quality is maintained.
• Schedule team to cover service and maintain efficiency.
• Train team on culinary excellence and consistency.
• Engage with guests and uphold safety regulations.
