SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You will assist the Kitchen Manager with menu planning, inventory, ordering, training, and mentoring, helping deliver nutritious meals to students and staff.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years in a kitchen, and knowledge of food safety; ServSafe is a plus.
