Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager in Mesa, AZ. This role leads the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun environment for children from two months to twelve years, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in childcare, excellent communication, and a passion for child safety. CPR certification within 30 days is required; evenings/weekends availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Background check required for employment.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility and ensure a safe environment for children aged 2 months to 12 years.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate coverage and child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and communications with parents.
• Coordinate with the Kids Club Manager on daily/weekly tasks.
• Implement emergency procedures and first aid protocols.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
• Communicate policies and updates to staff and gym management.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for members in the Kids Club.
