Job summary

Tarheel Canine Training, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Kennel Manager to oversee daily animal care and well-being at our North Carolina facility.

You will supervise feeding, grooming, exercise, and records, assist with veterinary handling, and help welcome new dogs while maintaining a clean environment.

Open and flexible scheduling, including some weekends and holidays, is required to support our busy kennel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in animal care or other related fields.
• Passion to help and treat animals.
• Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open and flexible availability to cover shifts as needed.
