Job Description

Gladbrook-Reinbeck Community School District is seeking an enthusiastic and student-centered Assistant Track Coach for our JH/HS Boys and Girls teams to join our Rebel Nation athletics program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the head coaches and athletic staff to build a positive team culture, develop fundamental and advanced skills, and foster strong character, sportsmanship, and work ethic in our student-athletes.

Located in the welcoming communities of Reinbeck and Gladbrook in central Iowa, G-R is a close-knit rural district where school pride, community support, and athletic traditions run deep. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about mentoring young student-athletes, promoting teamwork, and making a meaningful impact on students both on and off the court.
