Job summary

Tumbles is hiring an Assistant Coach to lead kid-friendly fitness activities and parties, teaching a variety of programs from gymnastics to ninja warrior. This role requires energy, friendliness, and a playful, safety-minded attitude to foster a fun environment for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

The position supports curriculum execution, with training provided. Weekend availability is required to help run programs and events in a growing kids' fitness gym and STEAM environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children's programming or related fields is a plus.
• Must be able to spot and assure safety of students and parents in an energetic gym.
• Passion for wellness and fitness with ability to lead fun activities.

Tumbles is looking for an Assistant coach/instructor who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with kids. Do you want to have a blast at work each day by inspiring the smiles on dozens of young faces? Do you have a love for wellness and fitness? Do you want to give back to your community? If so, this job is for you! This assistant position means that you help to set the tone for the facility and create the fun, clean, and exciting environment that kids love! You will help in teaching fitness programs (parent-participation, gymnastics, ninja warrior, and more) and parties for kids ages 4 months to 12 years old. What we expect from our Assistant Coach

• Know all about our curriculum and GREAT programs for young kids. Tumbles will provide ample training for someone who wants to learn!
• Be able to spot and assure the safety of students and parents in an ENERGETIC and FUN gym environment in an outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and caring way. Be SILLY and FUN and make kids and parents LAUGH!
• Background in children’s programming, fitness, gymnastics, dance, theater, cheer, sports, camps, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work weekends
