DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include:

• Waking early because success waits for no sleeper
• Brushing your teeth and tucking in your shirt like a professional. Opening up your company provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money-making opportunity
• Arriving on time at the customer home in your freshly washed installation truck and providing excellent service that results in an incredible review.
• Getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need
• Having parts/material delivered to you to keep your focus on the job
• Collecting payment from the customer
• Heading to the warehouse with the team to prepare for the next day’s install.

WHAT WE DO:

All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right. If you don’t like people, you won’t like it here.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Proper installation of clients HVAC systems
• Learn and improve your craftsmanship
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling.
• Capability of lifting and carrying 75-pound items.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.
• Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
