Teddy Bear Day Care LLC in Ypsilanti, Michigan is seeking dedicated early childhood educators to join our team. We support an inclusive play-based learning approach for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, fostering creativity, independence, and nurturing care in a warm environment.

As an educator, you will plan activities, maintain daily schedules, provide basic care, track developmental milestones, and keep parents informed about their child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
