The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. Northeast Campus is seeking an Assistant II, Instructional Support - DentalHygiene to assist teaching staff in a laboratory setting and support student learning.

You will report to the assigned campus leader and help manage instructional tasks in the dental hygiene program. The role is full-time and on-site, with a schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, and requires a relevant degree or coursework with experience in dental assisting preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college hours with courses in the specialized field and two (2) years of work experience related to the essential performance requirements.
• Preferred: Dental Assistant certification from Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.
• Preferred: American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, andfollows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of theworksite
• Completes all required training and professional developmentsessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of theCollege

Supervision

• Works under the general supervision of the assigned campusleader.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Texas State Board of Dental Examiners Registered DentalAssistant certification
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Supportcertification
• At least one (1) year's work experience as a Dental Assistant
