Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator. You will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and contribute to construction projects with a safety-first mindset.

The role offers $20.00 per hour and opportunities for pay increases and career advancement as you gain experience in the essential hydro-excavation field.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating hydrovac equipment to dig and uncover utilities.
• Support safety-focused, team-based construction projects.
