Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assistant HVAC Tech. You will learn the trade from a lead technician, help perform repairs and maintenance, prepare job sites, and develop hands-on skills.

Job Opening: Assistant HVAC Tech @ Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC, De Pere, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $35,000 - $60,000/year, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with a rotating night/weekend schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Assistant HVAC Tech, you'll learn the ropes of the trade from your lead technician as you help perform all kinds of system repairs and maintenance services. You'll help prepare job sites, learn how to effectively use the tools of the trade, and assist with basic maintenance tasks. Over time, you'll build up your industry skills to become a more confident and independent service technician!

What You'll Need:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in various temperatures (mainly hot environments), climb ladders, and work in spaces like attics
• Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and stay organized
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to do your best and grow within this skilled trade

While field service experience would be great, it's not required for the right person! What matters most is that you're ready to grow within the industry and hungry to do the best you can for our customers!
