• This role includes helping plan andrun practices, teaching fundamental skills, supervising students during all team activities, and reinforcing expectations for sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic responsibility.
• The assistant coach collaborates closely with the head coach, communicates appropriately with families, and upholds all school, league, and KSHSAA guidelines.
• Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring student safety, modeling professionalism, and representing the school with integrity at all competitions and events.
