Country Meadows in Allentown, PA is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping and environmental services, ensuring sanitation and a positive facility appearance while guiding staff.

Hours are 8am-4pm, every other weekend and holiday. Pay starts at $18/hour with opportunities to earn more based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in similar settings.
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation.
• Solid communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English at an efficient level.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily housekeeping operation and staff to maintain sanitation and a positive appearance of the facility.
• Interview and hire housekeeping staff as needed.
• Mentor and train housekeeping staff on proper procedures for cleaning resident areas and common spaces.
• Maintain staff work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning and linen supplies and prepare linens.
