Qualifications
1–2 years in a Rooms Division supervisory role within a full-service hotel.
Familiarity with minibar operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
Assist in developing and maintaining housekeeping SOPs.
Train new room attendants on cleaning standards and inspection procedures.
Manage minibar inventory and ensure timely restocking.
Prepare reports for the Housekeeping Manager on inspection scores.
