Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Rooms Division supervisory role within a full-service hotel.
• Familiarity with minibar operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in developing and maintaining housekeeping SOPs.
• Train new room attendants on cleaning standards and inspection procedures.
• Manage minibar inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Prepare reports for the Housekeeping Manager on inspection scores.
