Job summary

Anytime Fitness RH is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere and help grow the location’s member base. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing members, driving community engagement, and supporting the general manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years in service or retail with strong communication and sales abilities, plus familiarity with gym software. CPR/AED certifications are preferred.

• Experience with fitness club software (Club OS/Club Ready) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Past sales skills a plus and entrepreneurial outlook

Assistant Gym Manager

The Assistant Manager is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place®”. Building the club's business by meeting with new prospective members and engaging with the community are key to your success in this position. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience within either the service or retail sector with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, Club Ready, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
• Past sales skills a plus and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment
• Current CPR and AED certifications preferred
