The ideal candidate has 2 years of fitness management experience, strong communication skills, and is CPR/AED certified. Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• Understanding of labor control and optional staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training a high-performing team.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example to deliver personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards with ongoing development.
• Supervise asset management, inventory reconciliation, and equipment maintenance.
