A regional grocery chain is seeking a full-time team member in Salt Lake City, Utah, to maintain product quality and freshness in grocery departments. The role involves receiving, stocking, and rotating products while delivering exceptional customer service and mentoring new associates. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and several years of grocery or retail experience. FULL TIME
$23.14 - $24.64 PER HOUR
The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness, and product assortment is maintained throughout the store, particularly in the grocery departments. This person will be receiving, stocking, and rotating product, facing product, taking special orders, training new associates, and providing exceptional customer service.
Periodic graveyard shift rotations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or GED preferred; five years of grocery or other retail experience preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to cold, hot, slippery, and wet conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand, and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.
