You will oversee tee times, start times, and pace of play while supervising Course Advisors, Starters, and Future Times with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be current PGA Member or in good standing; Level 2 preferred.
• At least 3 years at a high-end golf facility.
• Strong knowledge of golf course procedures.
• Familiar with tournament operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, POS, course management, payroll and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Course Advisors, Starters, and Future Times under Lead Assistant Professional.
• Communicate with empathy and understanding.
• Oversee tee time reservations, starting, pacing of play.
• Maintain accurate P&L, invoicing, and member billing records.
• Update golf department SOPs, policies and job descriptions; ensure proper posting.
