Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Lawrence Township, NJ is seeking a Golf Operations Associate to assist the Director of Golf and the operations team in all daily activities, delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

You will help run tournaments, manage club events, support merchandise, provide golf instruction, and participate in junior programs, while upholding the club’s standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• PGA Associate or PGA Membership preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended seasonal hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Golf Shop operations
• Coordinate and administer tournaments and club events
• Prepare tournament materials, pairings, scorecards and cart assignments
• Operate Golf Genius tournament software
• Assist with merchandising and retail operations
• Provide individual and group golf instruction
• Participate in junior golf programming and leadership activities
• Attend golf staff meetings and assist with special projects
