Cafe Zupas in Provo, UT is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team.

This role offers a consistent schedule with two days off per week, 15 days of paid time off including holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package (401K, medical/dental/vision). A quarterly bonus plan is included, and there is a defined career path toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leadership experience in restaurant/retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus
• Able to work a five day set schedule
• Mentor team and develop staff
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded and self-starter
• Enthusiastic and positive in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (front or back of house)
