Job summary

Taco Bell in Indiana (Fishers) is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and drive daily restaurant performance. You will guide and coach the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure top customer experiences during all shifts.

You will lead training, oversee operations in the GM's absence, and participate in hiring, performance reviews, and labor planning. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Ability to train and develop employees and lead performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold brand standards and inspire the team.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure food safety and quality execution.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and talent recruitment.
• Manage P&L aspects, including cash control, inventory, and labor planning.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve performance.
• Support facilities, health, and safety standards across the restaurant.
