Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. This role emphasizes a positive, growth-oriented culture with structured training and a clear career path toward general management.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house activities, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. The position offers a set schedule with two days off weekly, plus a quarterly bonus plan and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus).
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
